This policy explains what the Keyro website collects, why, how long it is kept, and the choices you have. It applies to https://keyro.keyteller.com only.

What we collect

The interest form asks for your name, work email, and three short answers about your situation (your role, what you want to make easier, and your timing). We also record the date and time of the submission and basic technical metadata (IP address and browser user agent) to protect the form against abuse.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not collect anything else about your visit.

Why we collect it

We use your answers to follow up about the request you described — nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing. If a follow-up ever leads to working together, the handling of your data is agreed separately as part of that engagement.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored on our own server in an append-only log, with access restricted to the Keyro team. We keep submissions only as long as they are useful for the conversation you asked us to start.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your submission at any time. Use the interest form and mention this request, or simply reply to any follow-up email we send you. We will action it promptly and confirm once done.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, for ongoing conversations, mention the change in our follow-up.
